Hello - It's Sunday so Dr Digi Time and this week I've used Tea Trolly Dolly.
We are big fans of the TEA over at Dr Digi and I admit I consume far too much Tea on a daily basis! Especially when I am at work which is where I will be when you are reading this - I know... on a Bank Holiday weekend. Poor me!!

I covered a round card base with papers from My Favourite Things Just delightful Fun & Frolics and die cut the edge of one with a My Favourite Things scalloped edge die. I also used a Lawn fawn stitched circle dies for the image and greeting. I added a tea cup sticker from K&Co Bloomscape.
I added some Doodlebug enamel dots and a little red heart sticker.

I used these promarkers & Flexmarkers -
Skin - Usual
Tea Urn & Trolley - Cool Greys
Dress - Sky Blue and Powder Blue
Trays - Sandstone, Cinnamon & Raw Sienna.
Apron -  Lemon, Summer Sun & Gold.
Letters & Hearts - Poppy.

I hope you like our Dolly and don't forget to keep sharing your Dr Digi creations with us.

One Martini, Two Martini, Three Martini, Floor

I love this stamp from Stamping Bella! This is Edna Needs a Martini
I just love her for Birthday cards and she is really good fun to colour up with all her curves to shade. I kept the card really simple so Edna is the main focus - what else do you need!!

I used papers from My Favourite Things Hearts and Stripes collection and I added a thin red twine which I tied into a bow and attached a cocktail glass charm too. I added some clear Wink of Stella to the wings to give them a shimmer.

I used Promarkers and Flexmarkers to colour the image -
Skin- Antique White, Blush, Soft Peach, Coral & Spice with Baby Pink Cheeks
Flower & Shoes - Poppy, Cerise & Baby Pink
Dress - Aquamarine, Oasis, Turquoise & Marine
Drink - Olive Green & Holly, Sea mist
Hair - Black, Blue Greys 1- 5

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges -
Addicted to Stamps - CAS
Passion for Promarkers - Add a charm
Always fun challenges - CAS
Crafting when we can - One for the girls
International Art - Wings

That's all from me for today. I'll be back on Sunday with a new Dr Digi card.

It's a Hard Day's Knight with St George.

Morning - hands up who actually knew it was St Georges Day? Honestly ... ok it was on my calendar when I was planning my cards as I have had to be quite organized, as the Husband & I have been down in London for a few days and we went to see a friend who is a Yeoman in the Tower of London. We got a private group tour of the Tower after it had closed and were priviledge to see 800 year old Ceremony of the Keys.  So this image called Hard Day's Knight just seemed to be ideal! I am feeling all Patriotic!

I don't often put none crafty photos on my blog but think these are worth sharing... Hope you don't mind!

Also shameless plug but its for Charity.... Andy Merry - The Yeoman has recently been diagnosed with MS. Andy was in the Marines before he moved to The Tower of London so has set himself the challenge on climbing Mount Blanc to raise money for the MS society and The Royal Marines Charity. Here is the link  to the website Mount Blanc for MS and the charity fundraising page
MtBlancforMS  if anyone wanted to read more.

We had a fantastic time and raised lots of money for the challenge.
Thats all from me for now. Hope you don't mind my post being a little different form the norm! The card ingredients can be found listed at the bottom of this post in the Labels sections
Thanks for popping by,

Stamping Bella Happy Birthday Wife

Hello -  I was asked to make this card for a collegues wife for her Birthday. This image from Stamping Bella just seemed perfect! She is called Opal the Optimist
I printed the image and then die cut the edge using a My Favourite things Scalloped stitched basic edge 2 collection.

The stripey and patterned paper I have used for the background is from My Minds Eye Market St Ashbury Heights collection. I used some ribbon from my stash and die cut a gold Happy Birthday sentiment using a Lawn fawn die and attached this over the ribbon. I also used a Craftwork Cards panel saying "for my wife" and layered this up with flags and attached under a pink resin flower.
Finally I added a couple of puffy Freckled Fawn hearts and some glaze to the bottle and glass.

To colour Opal I used these promarkers and flexmarkers -
Skin - Usual
Flowers - Poppy, Cerise and baby pink
Dress - Aquamarine, Oasis, Turquoise & Marine
Drink - Mango & Baby pink
Seamist over the bottle
Hair - Cinnamon, Raw Sienna & Henna

Thanks for stopping by to look at my Blog - I would love you to leave a note so I know you have visited!

Kenny k - You're Cool!

Morning - Today I am showing you another card I have made with a Kenny K image called Troublemaker.
I had real fun colouring this image - especially as I don't often use Orange as a main colour. I covered a base card with digital papers I printed from Echo Park Summer Dreams collection.

I used a My Favourite Things puffy clouds die on a white panel and mint satin card which I layered up. I used a small Ice Cream stamp from Avery Elle You're Cool collection and added a little glaze and cosmic shimmer over the top to add some detail. I tied some American Crafts twine around the panel and attached a little metal ice cream charm.
I used the same stamp collection to stamp the greeting on a wooden flag from Hobby craft and tied some mint green twine around in a bow.

I used these promarkers and flexmarkers to colour the image -
Skin - Spice, Coral, Soft Peach, Blush, & Antique white.
Ice creams -/ Hair & Trainers - Baby Pink, Cocktail Pink & Carmine.
Ice cream and trousers - Frosted Jade & Pastel Green
Jacket - Gold, Bright orange & Orange
Top  - Canary & Amber
I also used Cloud blue to add some shading to white areas.

I hope you like my card and don't forget the challenge at Club Kenny K on facebook. Use any Kenny K stamped image and you can get the months freebie just for entering!
See you soon,
